Challenge
The developers of the Marquis, a 264-unit luxury apartment community and the largest residential redevelopment in the history of Easton, PA, required an appliance partner that could consistently provide appliances that meet their standards for quality, aesthetics, and energy efficiency for the hundreds of apartment units.
The project stakeholders reached out to Fromm seeking reliable customer service and project coordination to meet shifting construction timelines while maintaining availablity of supply and flexible installation schedules.
Solution
Fromm’s Appliance team collaborated closely with the developer to specify and supply GE Energy Star® kitchen appliance packages for all 264 apartment units.
The curated appliances were chosen to complement The Marquis’s sleek, modern interiors while meeting Energy Star® efficiency standards. Fromm coordinated procurement, scheduling, and on-site coordination, ensuring appliances were delivered and installed in alignment with the project’s evolving construction timeline.
Outcome
The Marquis now features kitchens that combine style, performance, and sustainability; each equipped with GE Energy Star® appliances designed for long-term reliability.
